Silvia Broome, an Interpreter with the UN overhears a conversation revealing a plot against an African Head of State. Tracked by killers, she is placed under the protection of the federal agent Tobin Keller. The more he discovers the past of the young woman, the more he thinks she is implicated in the conspiracy. Is Silvia a victim or suspect?
